Lesson 12: The Genealogic Tree of Religion

Religion is only one and it is cosmic.

• This Religion takes various forms according to each era and the needs of humanity.
• Every religious form makes an upward course. In this course religions blossom. Then, at some point the descent begins and the religious form dies.
• All forms of Religion are based on the same Spiritual Principles.

Christ

• All religions worship the Christ.
• Christ is a Universal Force.
• In every religion, has a different name:
  • Zeus or Apollo (Greece)
  • Vishnu (India)
  • Quetzalcoatl (Aztec)
  • Avalokiteshvara (Buddhism)
  • Osiris RA (Egypt)
  • Fu xi (China)
  • Ahura Mazda (Persia)
  • Baldour (Scandinavia)
• All the holy persons are born on December 24 at midnight.
  • Jesus, Krishna, Mithra, Zoroaster, Dionysos etc.

Divine Mother

• Christ is the son of Divine Mother.
• Divine Mother is the Eternal Cosmic Feminine Principle.
• She exists throughout the Universe.
• Inside each person is expressed as his own, special Divine Mother Kundalini.
• Has also an expression in our body, in the form of a fiery serpent wrapped 3 1/2 times in the coccyx.
• God is Male and Female at the same time.
  • As a Father, God is Wisdom.
  • As a Mother, God is Love.
• All religions, before degenerating, worship the Divine Mother.
  • E.g. Isis, Hera, Mary (RAM-IO), Kali, Guanyin, Tonanzin, Rhea, Estia, Maya, Adonia, etc.

Superior Beings

• Every religion refers to superior beings.
  • Angels, Dian Chuans, Devas, Buddhas, etc.
• The entire universe is directed, monitored and animated by a series of almost infinite hierarchies of conscious beings.
• These beings are the Beings of fully perfected humans.
• Each one has a specialty and a mission to fulfill.
• They differ in the degree of Consciousness and intelligence they have.

Heavens, Earth, Hells

All religions speak of 3 worlds:

• Earth: the Physical World
• Heavens: the Superior Dimensions
  • e.g. mount Olympus of the Greeks
  • e.g. Nirvana or the Buddhist Heavenly Kingdoms
  • e.g. Devachan or the Swarga of the Hindus etc.
• Hells: the subdimensions
  • e.g. Hades and Tartara of the Greeks
  • e.g. the Naraka of the Buddhists
  • e.g. the Avici of the Hindus
  • e.g. the Mixtlan of the Aztecs etc.

The Worship of Fire

In various religions we find the worship of fire.

• E.g. the fire that the Estiades kept burning.
• E.g. the fire kept lit by the ancient Persian Sages.
• E.g. the fire of Pentecost which is the fire of the Holy Spirit.
• E.g. the fire of the Kundalini which is the fiery serpent.

God is Fire. Therefore, when we want to do a prayer or a meditation it is good to light a candle.

• A flame that we light with reverence, is like a prayer and attracts a huge amount of divine energy.

Prayer

• “Praying is the art of consciously conversing with God.”
• Prayer must be conscious.
• Conscious prayer has the power to crystallize things.
• Incense was used in all religions as an aid to prayer.

Rituals and Ceremonies

• In all religions we find common Rituals and Ceremonies.
  • E.g. Baptism Ceremonies.
  • E.g. Wedding Ceremonies.
  • E.g. Funerals.
  • E.g. Exorcisms of negative forces.
  • E.g. Psalms and vocalizations
• Rituals, when performed with Consciousness, have the power to bring us in contact with the mysteries of the higher worlds and to attract divine energies.

Avatars

• The Avatar is a Master who has experienced and incarnated the Truth.
• His mission is to bring the Eternal Spiritual Message in a renewed form that will serve the needs of humanity at that specific time.
• When conditions change and this religious form degenerates, the White Brotherhood sends a new Avatar.
• The Avatar of this era is V.M. Samael Aun Weor.

Mystical Experience

• Mystical experience is a state beyond the mind and beyond time.
  • This experience is called: Manteia (Greece), Samadhi (Hinduism), Satori (Zen), Wu (Chan), Enlightenment, etc.
• In this state we come into contact with what is real and eternal, with God.
• In this state, all experience:
  • The feeling that Everything is One.
  • The feeling that everything is alive and intelligent.
  • The feeling that there is no time.
  • The feeling of infinity.

The Four Types of Esoteric Schools

(1) Kindergarten Schools

• They teach the basic concepts of esoterism.
• They can not lead anyone to Self-Realization.

(2) Schools of Soul

• They teach us how to crystallize our Soul.
• They teach the techniques for the dissolution of the ‘ego’ and the awakening of the Consciousness.

(3) Schools of Regeneration

• Are the authentic Schools of Initiation.
• They teach the 3 Factors: Death, birth, sacrifice.
• They can lead us till the end of our Inner Path.

(4) Schools of Black Magic

• Are the dark antithesis of the Regeneration Schools.
• They are based on Black Tantrism:
  • They use sexual energy in a negative way to empower the “ego”
