Rune TIR
The practice corresponding to the Rune TIR is: to put our hands high above the head, then to lower them from the sides while our palms are slightly closed like shells.
When we lower our outstretched arms we vocalize the mantra “TIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRR” (We need to lengthen the sound of the letters “I” and “R” in order to awaken the Consciousness).
The letter “T” strikes the Consciousness to awaken it. The letter “I” works intensely in the blood which is the vehicle of the Essence. The “R”, as it intensifies the blood circulation in the veins and the arteries, works wonders with the fiery flames, intensifying and stimulating the awakening of the Consciousness.
Rune BAR
When we study cosmic grammar, we can verify for ourselves that there is a close relationship between the Runes TIR and BAR.
TIR corresponds internally to the sign of Pisces, and BAR is brightly lit in the dazzling constellation of Aries. This reminds us of the occult relationship between water and fire, death and life.
If we put the letter B before the sacred syllable AR, then we indicate the need to attract the Sun to the Earth. AR-BAR-MAN is the original name of Abraham.
The Son of Man is born of fire and water.
You need to intelligently combine the exercises of Rune BAR with Rune TIR.
Put your hands high above your head and lower them with your palms slightly closed like a shell, and sing the mantras TIR, BAR, like this: TIIIIIIIIIRRRRR, BAAAAAAARRRRRR.
The purpose of this exercise is:
- To mix wisely in our inner universe the magical powers of the two Runes.
- To awaken the Consciousness.
- To accumulate high-voltage Christic Atoms, inside of us.
