Weekly Practices

  1. We deepen with the practice of Self-Observation and when we see that a center is tired of excessive use, we change it with another center.
  2. We continue to do the Hermetic Seal every morning and work with Death Along the Way.
  3. We continue with the practice of vocalizing the mantras for a few minutes every day.
