Weekly Practices

  1. Every morning we do the Hermetic Seal.
  2. To work on the Element of Change and the Death Along the Way: To choose a specific ego-defect that we have noticed in ourselves and to make the decision to eliminate it. When during the day this ego wants to be expressed we do not allow it and we ask our Divine Mother to dissolve it.

Reflections for the End of the Week

  • Which “ego” I would not like the most to have inside me?
  • What harm does it do to me and those around me?
  • What virtue of the Soul would I embody if I dissolved this “ego”?
  • What would my life be like without it?

Death Along the Way

The exact process of death along the way consists of the following: from the moment one realizes that the ego is appearing, at that moment we ask the Divine Mother to eliminate it. Although there is no high level of understanding at the moment, there will be something, and this, although it does not kill the ego in a complete way, at least allows it to no longer be expressed in the physical; at least for that moment.

Death along the way takes place at any time in life, in any circumstance. If the ego begins to manifest itself and through self-observation the person realizes that this is happening, at that very moment, without any setting up, without any formula, we ask the Divine Mother Kundalini to dissolve this ego which is being expressed.

This practice of psychological death requires two things: self-awareness and self-observation. If these two things are present, we can move on to the third stage of the practice which is action through prayer to the Divine Mother Kundalini.

As we have explained, when a partial understanding of the event and the ego is presented, the death produced by this death technique along the way may not be total, but at least it has an immediate effect:

In most cases, if the ego in question is not too large, we can put a brake on it, a stop for that moment, so that it does not continue to express itself.

If we manage to put this brake and the ego at this time does not continue to be expressed, at least externally (because it may happen that internally on a mental level or on an emotional level it continues to be expressed), if we manage to stop the external manifestation of the ego, we gain 3 important things:

  1. First, the manifestation of the ego to the outside is stopped.
  2. Second, the ego does not continue to feed on our energy, that is, it does not continue to gain weight.
  3. Third, one way or another there is a percentage of death.

To carry out the practice of death along the way, in a correct and accurate way what we can do is the following:

If we realize that an ego has been fed or manifested or it is manifesting at that moment, we tighten the coccyx and through the creative imagination, we throw, launch our sexual energy towards that defect, while at the same time asking the Divine Mother to dissolve it, reduce it to cosmic dust.

When the candidate for psychological death sets a goal and becomes skilled in this practice, when he begins to practice it intensely in all the moments of daily life that is possible, the result will come soon: the manifestations of the ego will begin to be blocked and therefore an important source of energy and food will be cut off.

Death along the way is a discipline that we must practice in daily life from time to time to get solid results.

The Hermetic Seal

Every morning we must seal ourselves, putting our concentration in the Heart and making the decision to live the day consciously, united with our Being:

“Today I will be with my Being, I will not do anything other than what my Being wants, I will not do what others want me to do, I will not identify with anything in life, I will not identify with negative thoughts, I will not identify with negative emotions, I intend to be today with my Being, to be with my Being and nothing can distract me from this goal, from this intention of mine.”
