Lesson 7: The World of Relationships
PENSUM
- The external world of the individual and the psychological.
- The individual as the smallest nucleus of society.
WHAT SHOULD BE TAUGHT
- The relationship of our physical body with Planet Earth, with society, with family and with ourselves.
- The way we think, breathe and eat and how this relates to society.
- The wise relationship: Personality-Substance and human health.
- How the 3 Consciousness revolution factors help balance our relationships.
- The need to change our lives in terms of how we think, feel and how these changes reflect in our homes and the society we live in.
PRACTICE: RETROSPECTIVE EXERCISE
(See “Revolutionary Psychology”, chapter “The World of Relationships”) (See “Introduction to Knowledge”)
- In this lesson we must be careful to divide the time equally between the 3 types of relationships.
- We need to study the 3 types of relationships to find out if we are wrong in any of them.
Our Relationship with Our Physical Body
(See “In Aquarius, A New Way Out”, chapter “Nutrition”)
- When this relationship is disharmonious, the result is disease.
The Diet
- When the body is nourished with healthy foods, the endocrine glands begin to produce better types of energy and therefore hormones that reduce the triggers of lust, negative instincts, anger, etc.
- To have a balanced diet, taking all 4 Elements:
| Element | Food |
|---|---|
| Fire | Red Meat |
| Air | Fruits |
| Water | Fishes, Sea food, Vegetables |
| Earth | Cereals, Legumes, Nuts |
- The red meat: We need some in our diet to get the fire element, which is not found in other foods. Don’t eat too much (i.e.. up to twice a week). Do not eat pork, because it is an animal in involution.
- To eat as many Sattvic foods as possible, few Rajasic, and Tamasic as little as possible:
| Gunas | Properties | Food |
|---|---|---|
| Sattva | Harmony | Pure and unprocessed |
| Rajas | Movement | Very sweet, very salty, hot |
| Tamas | Inactivity | Canned, highly processed, with many preservatives or chemicals, etc. |
The vital body
- Every human being has a vital body. It is the bio-electromagnetic energy that allows the physical body to have life. Clairvoyants see it as an aura of color around the physical body. When the vital body is healthy and strong, the physical body is also. When the vital body is sick, the physical body becomes sick.
- Earth also has a vital body. In our time the vital body of the Earth has been destroyed by pollution, radiation from electronic devices, etc. This has a great impact on the vital body of each person.
- It is very important to charge our body daily with Prana (vital energy): Do the Pranic Exercise. To walk barefoot on the earth one hour a week to expel pyrostatic energies and receive the vitality of the earth. To expose our solar plexus to the sun for 10-20 minutes (before noon). Bathe in clean water in nature (rivers, lakes, seas, etc.)
- Larves: They are entities that live in the 4th dimension. The clairvoyants see them as strange worms, insects, etc. They attach to our vital body and feed on our energy. They are mainly found in places where there is degeneration, or in places with a lot of people (subway, supermarket, etc.) It is better to avoid these places as much as possible. We can cleanse ourselves of the larvae by taking a herbal bath (vital bath).
- The natural fragrances: It is very good for our vital body to use natural fragrances, i.e.. from essential oils. These aromas affect the vital body and the molecular part, gradually raising the vibration of our body. In addition, they help us by inducing an inner state of inspiration and harmony.
- The incenses: We can also burn incense to purify our space or ourselves. Sage, wormwood and heather: cleanse the astral. Benzoin: cleanses the mind and the larvae of lust. Frankincense (tear): attracts higher forces.
If the first part of the lesson “our relationship with our physical body” takes us too long to cover, we could move the part “our relationship with others” and “our relationship with ourselves” to lesson 8-9.
In this case we will talk about “our relationship with others” when explaining the horizontal line and about “our relationship with ourselves” when explaining about the vertical line.
Our Relationship with the Environment
- When this relationship is disharmonious, the result is conflicts, economic and social problems, etc.
Our Relationship with Others
(See “The Good of Deacons”, chapter “Living with Others”)
- Living with others is an invaluable psychological gym. By living with others, our flaws are brought to the surface and this allows us to see them and eliminate them. For this reason the Initiative Process cannot be done in isolation, but in symbiosis. Whenever something bothers us in another person, this is a mirror that shows us that, without knowing it, we ourselves have this defect. Nevertheless, when a gym (a situation) becomes tamasic, i.e. it stops teaching and training us, but only wears us down psychologically. Therefore, it is better to leave it.
- We should not judge others. What we judge in others is something we ourselves have within ourselves, but we are unaware of it Anyone who wants to be successful in their relationships should not judge anyone, because criticism hurts the pride of others and provokes their resistance.
- We must understand that every person has free will and the right to live their life as they choose. When we accept everyone as they are, without trying to change them, then we gain peace. And we too have the right to live our lives the way we want, and when we decide to walk the inner path no one can stop us (family, friends, etc.)
- We should learn from those around us and the good things they have and do, but avoid people who constantly express negative feelings.
- We need to stop singing our “psychological song” to others. Let us not complain. Let us not talk to others about things that interest us, but about what interests them. We must learn to put ourselves in the shoes of others and help them solve their problems instead of constantly talking about ourselves.
The House
(See “In Aquarius, A New Exit”, chapter “Cognitive Houses”)
- To maintain cleanliness and order in the home. Cleanliness and order evoke positive energies that benefit those who live in the home. Dirt and clutter attract negative energies that harm those living in the home.
- To avoid arguments, disputes, negative discussions, gossip, etc. because they disturb the harmony of the atmosphere of the house.
- Let’s sometimes play some good music that creates harmony in the space. i.e. classical music harmonizes and clears the atmosphere on the mental level.
- Avoid having the television show scenes of violence, lust, jealousy, etc., as well as discordant music, as these pollute and disturb the atmosphere of the home.
- Don’t keep things that you don’t use, because they attract larvae.
- Do not have a TV in the bedroom, because it disturbs the harmony in sleep.
Urban Life and Nature
(See “The Age of Aquarius”, chapter “The Countryside”)
- Urban life is becoming increasingly more hectic: Stress Pollution Crowding Noise Mechanicity Very heavy psychological atmosphere (many laws)
- We need to start reuniting with nature: The ideal for a person would be to live as close to nature as possible, away from cities and densely populated areas. If this is not possible due to family, professional, etc. obligations, he should take every opportunity to go on excursions or vacations in nature.
- Nature possesses a number of natural resources, such as: Fresh air Take walks Bathing in waters that flow from the mountains Breathing exercises Burial practices etc.
- We need to learn to take care of Nature and see her as our Mother.
Our Relationship with Our Self
(See “Revolutionary Psychology”, chapter “The World of Relationships”)
- For the majority of people this relationship is ignored.
- When this relationship is disharmonious, the result is a lack of inner illumination.
- Anyone suffering from a lack of inner illumination must connect with the higher centers.
- We must develop our relationship with the various parts of our Being. To do this we must dissolve the ego.
Self observation
(See “The Great Mutiny”, chapter “Working Memory”)
- Every person has their own distinct psychology. People recognize that they have a physical body because they can see it, touch it, etc. But they do not recognize that they have a psychology. They believe that everything is due to external factors. i.e. the person thinks “He said this to me and it made me angry”, instead of thinking “I have within me the ego of anger which reacts to so and so’s words”. When someone recognizes that they have a psychology, they have begun to observe themselves.
Reflection
- It is necessary for every person who wants to have a rich inner life to reflect. We can reflect at any time we have the mood or the opportunity. i.e. when we are waiting for the bus, when we are driving, when we are working a job that does not require our attention, etc.
- We can reflect on: Things we noticed in ourselves through self-observation. Events we experienced. In some teaching we read or heard. etc.
Key of S.O.L
- To remind people that we need to practice the S.O.L. Key as often as possible. and to live in a state of alert perception.
Meditation
- Meditation is the daily bread of the wise.
- Through meditation we can: To get in touch with the Divine Principles that are within us. To gain understanding and strength to face life’s difficulties more consciously. To know ourselves more deeply.
- To meditate is to balance. During the day an imbalance is produced in us due to the sleep of Consciousness. This must be balanced with meditation, that is to return to the point of physiological balance.
Self-remembering
- Essentially, this lesson has a close relationship with self-remembering.
- Self-remembering is having a perfect relationship between our body, the environment and ourselves.
Suggested Practice: “Pranic Exercise”
- At the end of the lesson we will do the pranic exercise and a short guided practice:
- First we will all do the breathing and the movements together, imagining the colors yellow and blue.
- Then we will sit, ask the Holy Spirit to heal and purify us, and we will all chant the “M” mantra together, imagining the red light.
- Finally, we will remain for a while in inner silence and peace, centered in the heart, feeling the energy in the body.
- The practice will last about 15 minutes.
- Finally, to encourage people to do the pranic exercise every morning and tell us the results they felt.
Second Chamber Information
Just for our own understanding, not to share it with the First Chamber.
Diet
- How we eat can often be more important than what we eat. When we eat we must be calm and relaxed. If we eat with negative emotions the food becomes Tamasic. It is much better not to watch TV or talk about problems while eating.
- The vitamins: Because in our time the vital body of the Earth is damaged, it is very good to help our body by taking certain vitamin and trace element supplements. When we take synthetic vitamins, they help the body absorb the natural vitamins we get from food. Therefore, we need to combine the vitamins we get from supplements and from diet. We can take daily: Vitamin E (400 iu), Selenium (100 mg), Magnesium (200 mg) and Vitamin C (500 mg).
- Regarding fasts: It is good to give a little rest to the digestive system by fasting for a day with one type of fruit (eg grapes, apples, etc.) Because in our time the vital body of the Earth is damaged, we no longer recommend long fasts. Perhaps only one day a month.
- Various other nutritional indications: Chew food well. Avoid mutated food as much as possible. Do not mix incompatible foods (i.e.. acidic with alkaline fruits, eggs with cheese, meat with eggs, etc.) Avoid white flour.
The Systems
- Society has organization, laws, and is governed by systems that are necessary for its functioning. i.e. economic, political, religious, educational, medical, fashion, technology, etc. This means that they separate man from the values of Consciousness.
- We have to live with our heads outside of the systems. Since we live in society and cannot avoid systems, we must use them to the extent that they are necessary, but not put our Consciousness in them, and not identify with them. We must “be in everything but not become a victim of anyone”.
- Every system has a real aspect and a fake aspect. The true aspect is that which is necessary or useful for practical life. The false part is that which is neither necessary nor useful, but is related to the ego. i.e. In the money system: the true part is that it is necessary for us to have the goods and services we need in life, but the false part is that one believes that money will give him happiness, security, etc.
- In the Age of Aquarius all present systems will disappear. i.e. The political system that will exist is COOPERATION, common benefit, mutual help from person to person and joint effort for the survival of communities. i.e. The religious system will focus on each person being aware of what is happening in life.
