Lesson 14: The Ray of Death

After the Physical Death

What DIES:

  • The physical body
    • Goes to the grave.
  • The vital (etheric) body
    • Leaves the physical body at the moment of death.
    • Does not enter the grave, it is just hanging about.
    • It slowly dissolves, together with the physical body.
  • The personality
    • Is made of energy (belongs to the 4th dimension)
    • It dissolves slowly, depending on how much energy it has.
    • Stays in the grave and comes out when relatives visit the cemetery.
    • Under certain circumstances, someone can see it. This is what people call “ghost”.

What CONTINUES:

  • The ‘egos’
    • The “egos” continue after the death of the physical body.
    • An ego-defect that we do not dissolve in this life, follows us to the next life and the problem grows from life to life.
    • But the “egos” are not immortal. They can be dissolved with the conscious esoteric work, or Nature dissolves them in the sub-dimensions through the Second Death.
  • The Essence
    • The Essence is really immortal and continues after the death of the physical body.
    • The Essence and the “egos” continue after death dressed with the astral body.

1. The Ray of Death

  • The Ray of Death is a high voltage electric current that destroys the organism when it passes through it.
  • It connects death with conception.
    • The shock of the Death Ray triggers an electrical voltage, sorting out the genes of the future physical body.
    • This is a phenomenon of the 5th dimension (Eternity) acting beyond time.
    • In this way the last moments of agony of the dying are connected with the moments of sexual pleasure of his future parents.

2. Retrospection in the Electronic World

  • At the moment of death Consciousness and esoteric judgment are released via an electronic discharge.
  • Then, man sees his whole life going backwards in the Electronic (Causal) World.

3. Faint

  • This discharge is so strong that it makes a person fall into a state of coma.
    • Only those who possess the Soul (that is, those who have an awakened Consciousness) they can withstand the electronic discharge without losing their Consciousness.
  • This state of faint lasts for 3 1/2 days.

4. The Angels of Death Cut the Silver String

  • The Angels of Death are the Beings of perfect men. Self-realized Masters.
    • When they work, they take the form of a skeleton with a scythe.
    • The dying feel or see them.
    • Outside of work, they have the form of beautiful children, wonderful virgins, respectable Masters.
  • The astral body is connected to the physical through the Silver String (Antakarana).
    • It is like a kind of umbilical cord that can extend limitlessly.
  • Death occurs when the Angels of Death cut the Silver String with their scythe.
    • Every Angel of Death has a book with the names of the people about to die. No one dies even one day before their time.
    • Once the Silver String is cut, the soul cannot return to the body.

5. Retrospection in the Molecular World

  • Man is re-living his life retrospectively in the Molecular (Astral) World, but at a much slower pace than in the Electronic World.
  • In this flashback he re-lives his life from old age to childhood and birth.
    • Then he goes to all the places where he was at any age and re-lives every scene of his life, doing the same things he did while he was alive.
    • He feels joy for his good deeds and deep moral pain for his bad deeds.
    • At first he thinks he is still alive, but as the flashback progresses, he slowly begins to understand that he is dead.
    • When the flashback ends, he is fully aware of the final result of the life he has just spent. If the person is not completely lost, he decides to correct his mistakes and pay his debts.

6. The Court of Karma

  • After the second retrospection the disembodied appear before the Courts of Karma.
  • The Judges of Karma judge him/her according to:
    • (Weight): His good and bad deeds.
    • (Number): The number of his lives.
    • (Measure): His internal degrees.
  • There can be three results:
    • Return to a new physical body.
    • Holidays in the higher worlds (Molecular or Electronic World).
    • Condemnation in the descending evolution (in the Mineral World).

Paradise

  • Those who have suffered a lot in life and were good people, gain the right to take a break in the Molecular World before getting a new physical body.
    • These vacations last until their reward runs out.

What Can We Do for the Deceased

  • The deceased are attracted to their physical body, wander around the cemetery and think that they are still alive and that they are suffering from the disease they had.
    • In order for the dead not to suffer, it is better to burn his body. In that way the attraction to the physical body terminates.
    • The soul feels happy and cured and leaves the cemetery.
  • Instead of mourning the dead, we must pray for the Essence of the dead, sending love and strength to move on to their afterlife.
